*PRESS RELEASE* National Tour of Live Art: LOVE-BACK UK EMILY BECKMANN During Love-Back UK, live-artist Emily Beckmann will be declaring her love for towns and cities throughout Britain�. These declarations will be chalked onto pavements in city centres, along with her calculations of love as percentages. This emphasises how the term �value� has increasingly come to represent monetary value, rather than emotional or social values. Love-Back UK takes a light-hearted approach to feelings of national and regional pride. It questions interpretations of regional boundaries, both geographical and cultural, and highlights how a sense of place, or belonging, can affect our individual senses of identity.
