Could someone with insight into the current developments of forming a singular non arms-length 'Culture' organ (combining SAC, Scottish Screen, etc.) please inform us as to what's going on?
Has anyone been consulted over proposed changes and just what they are? Am I wrong in thinking these events are probably related?
