Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service 3 Screen-based Commissions
The Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service invite expressions of interest
from visual artists, filmmakers, animators, photographers and writers/poets
to produce artwork for public projection and monitor spaces that will be
built into six new fire stations in the Northeast. The screens will provide
an exciting platform to develop projects through creative engagements with
the community and service staff in each station area.
Fee per practitioner: �5000, with a materials budget of �1200.
Time-scale: projects to be completed in August 2004.
Deadline for submissions 16th January 2004.
