Amdatu Web does not HTTPS/SSL properly. Although according to the config you
can specify a https port it is never registered due to the fact there is no
keystore (configured). Following the blog over at
http://www.ralfebert.de/blog/osgi/https/ I got Jetty to register a https
connector. Basically all we need is a keystore and some correct configuration.
