In the current ColumnFamilyProvider approach, only ColumnFamilyDefinitions can
be provided. There is no way you can add ColumnDefinitions, as supported for
example by the Hector API.
So the CF provider approach should be extended such that also ColumnDefinitions
can be added with at least the properties:
- name
- validationClass
- indexType
- indexName
