Currently, gadgets can either be added whiteboard style, or directly, so the
sum of all gadgets is the sum of those two. Also, persistence is hardcoded into
the system right now, whether you need it or not. Refactor the gadget
management so:
# It only uses the whiteboard style.
# A (persistent) store can be added optionally (the store will register its
contents whiteboard style, and might provide a REST endpoint for CRUD).
Note that this also means that no gadget can be hardcoded in any way.
Everything is whiteboard style, so everything can be registered, or not. We
leave it up to the actual application manager to deploy the right combination
of bundles to get a usable set of gadget definitions.
