Currently, there is a grouping mechanism which registers
GadgetDefinitionProvider as a service, instead of just GadgetDefinition. We
want the latter, so we will drop GadgetDefinitionProvider altogether.
Also, GadgetDefinition should be a service interface, not an implementation. It
can drop proprietary mechanisms to provide an order. It can also be "immutable"
(no setters). I have no clue what public/private key definitions do, to me they
don't belong in a GadgetDefinition. In fact, we probably should first have a
discussion about what *must* be in a gadgetdefinition, because once we drop
things like categories, not much beyond the URL is left. I will make a separate
issue for that and link it.
