Marcel Offermans commented on AMDATU-493:
-----------------------------------------

1b) Agreed about everything else being optional. In fact, our tenant ID sounds
more like a "persistent ID" that should remain constant over the life time of a
tenant. Therefore, it sounds suspiciously like the already existing service.pid
in OSGi (see 104.3 in the compendium) so I think I'll just use that one instead.

3) This is about having the option to associate "extra" properties with
tenants. The "hostname" is a good example. It's a property, used by a web based
tenant resolver, to associate a tenant (with some identity) to a hostname (or
rather the other way round). But this is just one way of resolving a tenant, so
for another mechanism, we might need another property. That's what these
properties are about.

I do think these properties can just be exposed as service properties, so I'm
not going to provide the extra methods for them.
