Cool, some notes:
I'm not sure that restricting this to developer as the sole actor makes it
cover all aspect and/or make it clearer. This covers the development platform,
but a lot is in the runtime (deployemnt) dynamics.
UC9: Does "purge all data" imply application data? It could be interpreted as
if the platform is responsible for managing all storage. not just bundle
storage.
