PAX-exam does have support for testing against multiple frameworks. However,
this only works for the PAX-runner, not for the JUnit4Runner we're currently
using. So either we should rewrite all our tests to make use of PAX-runner, or
we create explicit test cases for Equinox and Knopflerfish ourselves...
