Fuses are the main cause for problems with the flash write operations. If the

The main question is how the restrictions are regarding the bootloader?
You did not answer to this problem which is the part i really did not 
understand.

At this time i have
hfuse = 80
lfuse = AF
with a 16 MHz crystal and low level Brownout detection.
