If you can read in English, and have read the BETA announcement, specifically the READ ME http://www.amibroker.com/devlog/wp-content/uploads/2006/03/ReadMe4790.html that is automatically displayed right in front of your eyes when you install the beta you should notice the section "HOW TO REPORT BUGS" that is located at the very end of the read me hat clearly says where should you address your report and what should be included.
