Patrick, Are you saying that BatMan runs okay on your win2k box?   I have Version 6.0.84.18 of COMDLG32.OCX  in system32 on a XP Pro and 2 win2k boxes, but get error msg that control can't be created--not properly licensed--on the latter 2.   I suspect the problem is with one or more of the other controls but installed VBRUN60SP5.EXE without joy--probably because I failed to unregister and move something before installing.
