Ken,

I tried to give you a good answer in your initial QP post but as I
had stripped QP from my computer I couldn't give detailed examples
to back up my arguments.
I just remembered that I did keep the help files and an Xcel sheet I
used for homework as reference material in case I return to QP one
day.
I've posted QPAmiCompare.xls as a group file under a QuotesPlus
folder.
I probably won't leave it there for long as it is incomplete.
My aim was to compare AB getextradata fields with QP scan
functions/fields to see what the added value of buying SPP was.
I also wanted to nail down the units as I am a bit of a stickler
about mathematical accuracy within derived outputs.
I cut and pasted everything I could get my hands on from manuals,
websites, emails, files and read mes etc.
I didn't finish off for a couple of reasons.
