Tonight, Amiquote told me that No tickers are found in
Amibroker, regardless of which database is open.
I decided to upgrade Amiquote from version 1.85 to the
latest version of 1.92 to most likely fix the problem.
I first downloaded Amiquote into ProgramFiles
instead of the default PROGRAMFILES(X86) because I have the 64 bit version of
Amibroker.
I then checked Amiquote, and it was still version
1.85.
Next, I downloaded Amiquote again, but this time I left
the default ProgramFiles(x86) as the destination folder, but Amiquote still
shows to be version 1.85 and still tells me that no tickers are
found.
Years ago, I registered Amiquote, and Amiquote
used to show that it was registered, but for a long time now, Amiquote
thinks it is not registered. I am sure that this has nothing to do with my
Amiquote problem.
Maybe some of you have have experienced this problem, and
know a simple solution.
