I need help figuring the following...

Trying to figure the minutes that a price is equal to or within the
following value (range)
and then countdown from 15 and place result in Title Line:
//find the time in area in minutes for intraday regardless of
intraday settings.
//Current Code
Upperpricerange = value1;
Lowerpricerange = value2;
//Upperprice ---------------------------------------
//Lowerprice ---------------------------------------
//Countdown from 15 minutes to 0 giving a numeric value.
Reset time back to 15 when outside of range.
Title = Name ( ) + ", " + Date ( ) + " - " + " Countdown = " +
Countdown;
