Ara: I experience this off and on, not consistently. I have not figured out what steps cause it to happen or prevent it from happening. For awhile, before updating QP and after shutting down AB, I would open Task Manager and look for broker.exe. Sometimes I found it, and clicked End Process, other times it was not there. A hassle, and mysterious. For some reason, it has not been bothering me lately. ???????????
