Tomasz: thanks. I checked everything in the troubleshooting quide, and every test says that QT is gathering data properly. The link showed all the tickers and quotes. The separate QT plot screen shows 10min bars (my setting) from 1 minute data. And I have the paid version so do not worry about ad click rates. Everything has performed flawlessly since Sep, 2006 up until this Tuesday. Can you suggest some additional tests I could perform to see if AB is not getting the quote data from QT. Thanks for additional assistence. Ken PS: the only firewall I run is the hardware connection on a hardwired LinkSys router. Nothing changed there, no new components on the system. I have been trying various new downloaded software, but can not pinpoint any problems. Everything has worked fine. No other problems on any other software. No crashes nor unusual behavior on any other software. Hmmm, the database settings show number of bars = 100000 and 1 minute base time interval. Have I maxed out the storage capacity according to what I have set? What will happen if I change to 5 minute base time interval?
