The fact is that it is advantageous to us to take account of Gravity. Can you think of any LAWS OF NATURE that it we are better off not knowing about or where we should go around blithely ignoring them. Do you consider the Psyche (Consciousness) a natural phenomenon? If so, doesn't our reason lead us to the view that NATURAL LAWS also operate in the Psyche and that it is advantageous to us to know and understand them? Sceptism is healthy but it just doesn't reign supreme in the Psyche. Brian.
