Yeah. Once I emailed them and asking for the following:
1-- 2-sec data of some symbols
2-- 1-minute data of the some symbols
3-- tips on how to convert the data format to what AmiBroker can use
4-- the price and payment method for 1 and 2

I guess I had expressed very clear that I was very interested in their
products, give me a price and the business is done. You guess what they
replied ? "Sorry but we offer 2 sec data only as SierraChart files (.mnd) Only
the 1min data are available as ASCII data. Greets SCmagic" No quotation for
either of the products and no payment method. I sent them another email
without reply.

Very very strange experience for me, guess they do not quite possess the right
mind for business

I emailed them some questions regarding their historical 2 second
"tick" data on ES and YM and got a weird response. Something like "I
guess we can't help you then." Emailed them a second time and still
  haven't heard from them.

few days since I downloaded. They were quick to get back to me when I
wanted to buy the data but once I got it not very good support. Hmmm.
