Brian, I think that is what the Patent commissioner said well over 100 years ago. That everything has already been invented.
Every trading system that is out there is out there. Of course the new innovative ones that nobody has thought of yet are not out there. Once they are invented, you will say, that it is obvious and should not be patentable. If it is not obvious to you today, then don't claim it is obvious later after it is known to you. It is only a matter of time until this takes place.
