Methinks you are doing something odd.  At 5 decimal places I see no difference 
between OscP() and the EMA ratio / 100.  But if anyone is happy with the EMA 
ratio and thinks that the difference between the two averages is hundreds of a 
percent than go with it.  Or just stick with MACD().  All of this stuff will 
get you down the same road (for the most part).

multiply PPO by 100. There is something going on in OscP that makes the results 
different and I haven't a clue what it is. The small difference may not make 
any difference. Maybe OscP is not using EMAs. I don't know. I just know they do
