Not true. I often run more than one instance and scans and all operations are INDEPENDENT. Of course you should run on SEPARATE databases too.

I installed a new version in a new locations but it seems the two versions are not completely independent (from files to window locations) and I am concerned that by saving the second version it will modify the first.
