Sorry Wern, I typed the code here and not in AmiB, and therefore didn't check 
it.
Here is the fix:
if (C[i]>1 AND AV10[i]>100000 AND RSI2[i]>90)

Note I added the [i] after RSI2.

I'm at work, and can't check it, but it should work now.
