If you only need 1 symbol it sounds like IB would be a good solution. We 
(IQFeed) also provide forex data in 2 packages.  Basic Forex includes the real 
time stream on major currency pairs from barclays and FXCM.  Premium Forex  
includes Barclays, FXCM and about 20 more contributors with individual 
contributor, composite and forward pricing.  The total price for the Basic 
forex package is $85/mo ($60 + $25), the total for the Premium Forex is $110/mo 
($60 + $50).
