[amibroker] Is quotes plus gradually going out of business ?

It seems like quotes plus data and support has been gradually decaying over the 
past year, as many posts and my own experience indicate.  
Anyone have any info on this?
Why does AB still list QP as their 'recommended' provider?
Any recommeded alternatives ?
