Just an FYI on the 'contact Gary via [email protected] email address' - that is a bunch of baloney because I have been using that to try and communicate data problems for over a month and the only response I received is from Sheryll as well. She told me that she was forwarding the information on to Gary and ... well ... that didn't get too far either.
