After reading http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/intel_kspec_i7875_i5655/ , I'm tending toward the i7 K 875 @ 2.93GHz. Not that I really want to delve deep into overclocking, but it does it's own overclocking "Turbo Boost" to 3.6GHz (if your thermals are right).
