Not much they can do when he uses totaly fake ip addresses, I have
know idea where he is from.

I doubt if they are addresses for proxies because they're names like
"#####@none.of.your.business" or "####@piss.off.asshole".

We are talking about dozens of id@host names here, one day he changed
it 9 times to avoid banns! I've talked to the network adim but they
cann do anything because they cannot track him.

I've changed my nick and what I can but don't know how to change my ID
or Host name, the username field is ghosted out so I cannot change
that.

Done that but he still seens to find me as he loggs on soon
after me whatever channel I logon.
