I also discovered this just last week. However, I have as yet been
unable to ascertain the conditions in which this bug occurs. It does
not occur with every /reconnect. I think it might be with /reconnects
done when a server hasn't been selected yet, but as I said, I haven't
experimented enough yet to say anything with a degree of certainty.
