Okay, I've contacted him, and he says you need to have amirc version
3.5.17 or greater, and fill in the Network TIADCC option. Enable use
TIADCC, use a port range like 1024 to 5000, and enter in your hostname. He
also suggests you grab the Grapevine irc program off aminet. In that
archive is another called DCC_Send-xxx.lha. The guide in it really explains
it well, apparently.
