Unfortunately I have no idea how i went about fixing the problem. IIRC i tried to reinstall AmIRC with no luck, I even went and reinstalled Miami which didn't help either. I have heard people say that some networks only allow a certain amount of users from one country at a time, whether it's true or not i don't know.
