Thanks to all that responded to the driver xfmr problem I am having. There were a lot of good ideas and will keep the info in my DX-100 file. Looks like I've found an original replacement so will try to make the deal and get it on the way. The space is limited under the chassis and so the little dinky xfmr Heathkit used seems like the easiest way to go.
