No XYL. I don't know whether that's good or bad. I have become set in
my ways, and any YL that might be so inclined, would probably have to
meet most of these qualifications:

0. understands why I would have a 700+ volume technical library. Also
understands why my list starts with "0".

1. Like the M35A2 military truck. Willing to hand me tools etc..

2. willing to hold wires while I solder.

3. knows the difference between a #2 phillips screwdriver and a #8
socket.

4. does not mind my mainframe collection.

5. does not mind my radio collection.

6. does not mind any of my collections. (requirement)

7. has collections of her own.

8. either has a job of her own, or is frugal and can cook.

9. I don't have to buy her a new car. (requirement)

10. does not worship satan. (requirement)

11. is not opposed to a little bit of harmless gothic or grunge
fashion. (no piercings!)

12. looks good in BDUs, even if they are the grey and purple ones.

13. knows that my time is mine. Her time is hers of course.

14. can learn to reboot, or even operate, the webserver, and it ain't
windows.

15. understands when I must go to vintage radio conventions, might go
with me, or go to conventions of her own choice.

16. not opposed to going to church, but does not insist that I go
every time.

17. likes cats.

18. no wierdos, addicts, or criminals.

The legal limit for audio in most municipalities is <80dB SPL (c
weighting) at the periphery of your property. (or outside your car, if
you have one of those boomers)
