Wrong. NOWHERE does he provide the url for downloading the material. He only
states that the film is  "available from the Prehlinger Archives."

If one has  never heard of the Prehlinger archive what does that mean? 

If he was doing anything remotely akin to a public service he would put the URL
- not some thinly veiled attempt to give his "service" credibility.

Furthermore, if it takes you 15 hours a day to download the NOAA images and you
do it manually you are doing a lot of work that should be an automated ptrocess
and you need better web harveting software - get real.
