No it is an SB 614 Monitor scope. Ten watts is all one needs to monitor
signals from 80 meters through 6 meters. It will monitor SSB envelope,
trapezoid or RTTY and can be used on AM or CW as well.

That would be the SB-610 Monitor scope! I have two HO-10s and one
SB-610 monitor scope, but I also have and use on the work bench the
TEK 502 scope 53XX Dual trace good to 50 Mhz. You definitely need
scopes for the audio stuff!

Another, sometimes, less costly alternative is the Heath SB 614. Same as
the HO 10 but doesn't have the classic standing. Will monitor modulation
all the way up to 10 meters.
