Pete, I suspect you're right. Take a look at his wacko web page k1man.com to
see the nutso response he's already sent to the FCC.
The useless blather was on 3890 again last evening as if nothing happened.
Looking at his letter, you can see he is inventing "legal proceedings" as he
goes along, but unfortunately for him he's the only one who sees reality in
his fantasy world, and while he's holding his briefs (so to speak) they'll
be dragging him to the rubber room... his behavior is classic delusional.
It'll definitely be a good show....

Glenn, I'm sure, has always known, that sooner or later, this type of
hammer was going to drop. He has also stated many times that he wants his
day in court. He also doesn't seem like the type of person to roll over
and admit defeat and pay the fine (at least not without a fight). I bet
he is either drafting a brief or maybe he's had it ready for awhile, and
then go and find a sympathetic judge to put a hold on the process. Then
drag everybody concerned into a courtroom for a dog and pony show from
both sides. Fighting a government agency in a courtroom is no easy task,
so I'll be interesting to see if Glenn takes this route.

For those of us who have been irritated and interfered
with by the K1MAN transmissions on 3890Kc out of
Maine, the FCC has attempted action.
