A little too quick on the Send key. Here is the complete Section 1.4 of the FCC 47CFR rules: http://a257.g.akamaitech.net/7/257/2422/12feb20041500/edocket.access.gpo. gov/cfr_2004/octqtr/pdf/47cfr1.4.pdf This URL is long, so you might have to paste all of it in your browser if it wraps around. --------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Peter Markavage <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [email protected] Date: Wed, 13 Dec 2006 23:00:24 -0500 Subject: Re: [AMRadio] Filing an opposition to League's Petition to Reconsider 75 m Band Change My understanding was that you can file a "petition for reconsideration" (ARRL filed December 11th) up to the date that the R&O goes info effect (in this case December 15). The "petition for reconsideration" then goes into the Federal Register for public viewing and then any oppositions to this "petition for reconsideration" have to be filed within 15 days. The kicker here is in the phrase of "timely filed". Section 1.4 doesn't seem to define up front what that means.
