Hi Eddie: That reply was fast...! Very interesting though. I have been aware
of and operated many different types of equipment and modes and my main
interest was "to communicate". The closest I can come to your experience though
is we used to drive ground rods in some ways away from the water service pipes
and then hook into the ground and cold water pipe with large audio amplifiers.
On the other end, the amp was reversed and true AM came out. This was best done
in daytime as no one thought their talking pipes were interesting.
