Hi Philip When i install.I download "CDM 2.02.04 WHQL Certified.zip" from FTDI web site and extract to HDD in "CDM 2.02.04 WHQL Certified" folder. Insert USB plag to socket and wait. When windows found new Hardware "USB serial converter" goto next step and Install have disk, Browse to "CDM 2.02.04 WHQL Certified" folder.
