Heard again RS-39 Chibis over Bangalore,India during 05:49 pass. The
CW signals were very very strong. Never heard any satellite this
strong with a 3X5/8 collinear running about 150 feet of HCJ-50 heliax.
Though not equipped at the moment to decode, recorded the entire pass.
As Nitin VU3TYG mentioned, using the latest Keps of Progress M13.
