I use SatPC32 since many years - now, since about 3 months on
Windows 8 (both 32bit and 64 bit) and no complaints !
I have however learned to run the program as Administrator (set
the corresponding flag (properties / compatibilty / )) , so that
SatPC32 can control my rotor interface (Winrotor) which is a
separate program
