And we are not obliged to use the quite agressive banners from
eucd.info, one of my friends has done some little illustrations [1] that
show the concept with "humor" .... anyway ... to target only french
people we can put a message just on the french language download page or
on the french translated pages of the website

What do you think ?

The problem is not really that aMSN is above law or not ... it is that
the majors want to forbid using GPL licenses et al ...

At last, but not least, WE can change the things ... just remember the
software patterns in Europe ;)
