What I think... maybe this way of doing things for langauges and plugins
and skins is not good (using a mailing list, and skin/plugin/language
managers).

Should we make a better use of the sourceforge trackers? We could make a
tracker for plugins, another one for languages, and another one for
skins (we have one for bugs, and another one for patches). Then people
should post translations, skins or plugins to the tracker.

Then managers would check the trackers, upload the file to the correct
place (site, CVS, etc.) and close the task in the tracker.

In the meanwhile, anyone would be able to check and download pending
elements. So users could try new skins and plugins, and any other
developer with free time could make the "commit".

What do you think?

If you agree I'll create the trackers and update TO-DOs or references to
the mailing lists.
