one more little glitch:
if i click on my display name to bring down the change status menu, i
get this error every other time.

-------
can't read "Priv(cursor)": no such element in array
   while executing
"$Priv(menuBar) configure -cursor $Priv(cursor)"
   (procedure "tk::MenuUnpost" line 63)

"tk::MenuUnpost {}"
   (procedure "tk_popup" line 5)
   invoked from within
"tk_popup .my_menu 830 74"
   (command bound to event)
-------

And incase you are wondering, it also happens in the trayicon.
It's not a huge bug, just a slightly annoying one.
This might be fixed now, could you test again for me? (dont forget to update!)

Other than that, the menu is beautiful. Good job man!
Thanks :)

Hi Tom,

First, the pixmap menu is great! Can't wait to see it integrated with all
skins! :)
Well, I found some bugs. If a menu is showing and you try to move amsn's
main window, the menu will not follow the window (it stay at the old
position).

The menu only disappears if I choose an option. If I click on a background
application or amsn main/chat window, it (the menu) doesn't disappears (if I
use the taskbar to switch to another application, the menu disappears).

Try select an menu (like help) and open a popupmenu (avatar for example),
and all menu stop working.

Well, all the problems are related to menu not disappering, maybe some kind
of incompatibility with Kwin, I'm using KDE 3.5.1 here (Kubuntu).

Bad, bad english, I admit, I hope you understand me.

Hi all,
I've been testing pixmapmenu in amsn, and have ironed out all the bugs
I've found so far. However, there are bound to be many more, so I want
to have amsn use it (not on mac obviously). Is it ok with everyone
(people don't mind getting wierd bug reports etc) if I do this? It's all
committed, I just need to do a package require and change two lines of
code.

As long as it's just 2 lines, then that's ok I think. We can then easly
disable it if we release 0.95.1.

Okay, it's done. If we want to disable it, all that needs to be done is
to comment out the package require (at start of gui.tcl, just after the
package require for pixmapscroll), because the small changes needed to
make the pixmap menus work are only done if the package is loaded :)

If people find bugs, please report them!
Thanks!
Tom
