IMO we should have a tracker for plugins, a tracker for skins, and
remove the mailling list for amsn-skins.
Someone had trouble uploading a skin to the tracker.... file limit of ~2mb??
Sending files to this mailling list is a pain and it's a lot easier
to keep in touch with skins commited or not-yet commited with the
tracking system.

BTW, I fixed the email addresses on the website some time ago, but it
