ok, works, sorry, it was my fault.. I was creating a farsight extension
for tcl, so I copied webcamsn to a separate directory (for the rules, the
headers, etc... to use it as a starting point), and the pkgIndex.tcl was
still there, so it didn't decode the frames because webcamsn extension was
not loaded and a package require on it gave "can't find
utils/farsight-tcl/webcamsn.so" which makes perfect sense.. now it works,
sorry for false alarm!
