Added :
- the 'minimize to Tray' menu option doesn't minimize to tray, it only
minimizes to the taskbar (maybe because I didn't have the 'close button
minimizes' enabled before...
- The 'X' in the titlebar should NOT quit without a confirmation message.
We should have a confirmation dialog that allows minimizng to tray with a
"don't ask again" option.
- The menus currently have a lot of TODO in them, these should be
implemented.

- maybe apply holy_wood patch for saving DPs in a per_email directories in
the cache.
- finish proxy support
- Make amsn 0.96 use TLS 1.5
- Check if the 'View Profile' is working correctly, it seems to be broken.

- TkCximage optimization
- When going offline, set all CW users as offline (go offline, keep a CW
open, his status won't change.. that user goes offline, then you go online
again, his status in the CW will stay as "online" (or away/busy/whatever)
even if he's offline.. since we never get the notification of that user
going offline, his status will remain the same (in the CW only))
- add skin option for automatically adding default skin's smiley set
(seems defaut smileys are always there so a skin settings.xml without any
<smiley> tag will get the default smileys, but someone has a skin where he
doesn't want to keep the default smileys at all..)
- add a different image for blocked users if they are offline, see post

imported as ascii not binary... Phil fixed that issue for the default
skin's image files.. the same opration should be done for all binary files
(this .so, all the .dll, .dylib, etc..)

You see the spaces? It might be MSN Plus! colored nicks with \x03 and
x04 or stuff like that, and the paste made them into spaces, I requested
the user to send me the file (instead of paste) so I can see the binary
value that is there.. this MUST be fixed before 0.96 as it's a critical
bug...
