It's simply because I think we shouldn't have to modify the code to decide if 
we want to compile with stubs or not...
I added these defines in the project file (which isn't on the repo) so if I 
want to disable stubs for any reason, it's only on my project and the code 
isn't compromised....
So don't worry, defines are here but not in the same place...
