I suggested bounties because it's not easy (if not impossible) to decide who should be rewarded.
We should make clear rules for the bounties, so you need to register before starting to work on them (one person or a tema), and once the goal is completes, he/she/they will be paid. We don't want this to become a competition, just a way of getting some money.
